Ali Mansoor

Since joining Mumtaz & Brohi, Mr. Mansoor has been actively involved in civil and commercial litigation, contract drafting, legal advisory, statutory interpretation, and legal-opinion drafting. His responsibilities include preparation of pleadings, research memoranda, case strategies, and support in constitutional, regulatory, employment, and contractual disputes. He has also worked on customs litigation, arbitration-related applications, and detailed legal opinions for diverse clients.

Previously, he gained experience at Marwat Law Attorneys in civil and criminal litigation and case management, at Malik Law Chamber in constitutional petitions and family-law matters, and at Noble Law Solicitors, London, where he undertook employment and family-law research and observed UK court proceedings. His background further includes work with the Additional Advocate General Punjab Office and Maqbul Elahi Malik Law Associates on civil, criminal, tax, and regulatory matters.
