We provide legal services in various aspects of banking and financial sector. We advise domestic and international financial companies, institutions and banks including non-banking finance companies on securitization laws, securities, loan agreements, restructuring, banking and insolvency, asset finance, project finance and insurance. We also represent clients in recovery proceedings conducted under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance 2001. Currently we are on the panel of Advocates/Legal Advisors for Allied Bank, Askari Bank, Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, and Bank of Punjab.
