Mr. Abbas advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. His work involves drafting and negotiating complex commercial instruments such as share incentive schemes, ESOPs, SAFEs, shareholder arrangements, and cross-border contractual frameworks. He also advises on real estate acquisitions, conducting due diligence, title and regulatory reviews, and preparing transactional documentation. In addition, he supports contentious matters through involvement in FIDIC-based arbitration related to infrastructure and construction projects. He acts for institutional and international clients, including Allied Bank Limited, LCC Pakistan (Talkpool AG, Switzerland), Leonardo Technologies Pakistan (Leonardo S.p.A., Italy), TAWAL Pakistan (TAWAL KSA), and EDGE Services & Solutions LLC, and also advises emerging and technology-focused ventures.
