Our firm has a strong focus in all kinds of intellectual property matters, which include trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright and geographical indications. Pakistan has amended its laws with regard to intellectual property rights and has enacted various specialized statues in the recent past to better protect such rights. We have specialized experience in the said laws. We assist clients in the registration and protection of intellectual property rights. We undertake litigation prosecuting and defending intellectual property infringement cases, passing-off or unfair competition and managing anti piracy campaigns. We keep a close liaison with the Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan and Federal Investigating Agency for protecting the interests of our clients.
